Job summary

3HTi is seeking a Mechanical CAD/CAM Software Sales Executive to drive new business in a fully remote role while supporting clients across the United States. The candidate will build executive relationships, manage a full sales cycle, and promote software subscriptions for Creo solutions in manufacturing.

We expect 3–5 years of software sales experience in discrete manufacturing, strong CAD awareness, and proven territory planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years successful software sales in discrete manufacturing.
• Experience developing and executing a Sales Territory Plan/Strategy.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Strong team player with MS Office proficiency and CRM experience.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and build client relationships.
• Self-discipline with the drive to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads by creating and executing a Sales Territory Plan.
• Provide value and metrics of CAD solutions in proposals to clients.
• Establish growth plans for existing accounts.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and accurate forecasts to meet targets.
• Drive opportunities end-to-end through the full sales cycle.
• Promote software subscriptions and client services.
