ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Orlando, FL, seeks a Technical Support Technician, Level 1, to support Traka Americas’ key management systems. You will assist end users and partners, troubleshoot hardware and software, and upgrade systems in a hybrid environment.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, strong networking and Windows expertise, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), and exceptional customer service. A competitive rewards package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

College degree in technical/engineering field or equivalent experience.
Strong technical acumen and diagnostic skills in software and hardware.
Experience with TCP/IP networking and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Familiar with Windows operating systems and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support to end users and partners in the Americas.
Investigate and resolve issues with hardware, embedded software, and web clients.
Perform remote software, database, and device upgrades per scope.
Analyze log-files and troubleshoot field issues with lab equipment.
Document service reports and maintain CRM per policy.
