Moda Health seeks a CS Tech Support Specialist I to deliver professional technical support to internal and external customers across Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, and MyModa programs. You will guide users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure online services in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, work-from-home role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus experience with Benefit Tracker, eBill, and MyModa platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-12 months experience as a Customer Service Rep Level II or equivalent.
• Proficiency with 10-key and typing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Moda software and multiple systems (Office, Facets, Content Manager, Excel, EBT).

Responsibilities

• Interpret needs/concerns, guide users through features and functionalities.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat or social media.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Support Benefits Tracker, MyModa, eBill programs and related systems.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure timely, accurate responses.
