Job summary
Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP, Technology Strategy & Operations to lead the CIO Office, drive governance, and coordinate executive-level reporting. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, reinforce accountability, and improve decision speed across Technology & Delivery.
You will oversee KPI reporting, scorecards, and executive dashboards, ensuring accurate, timely materials for board and senior management reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience supporting senior executives, governance forums, and enterprise decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Operate CIO Office rhythm with meetings, reviews, planning sessions, and governance.
- Own KPI reporting and executive dashboards for Technology & Delivery.
- Translate CIO priorities into execution themes and measurable outcomes.
- Run Technology Governance forums, agendas, and decisions with follow-up actions.
- Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and portfolio visibility.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership audiences.
- Improve leadership accountability and coordination across Technology & Delivery.
