OpenKrill is seeking a Project Manager / PMO to join an international team and oversee technology projects, acting as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams. This role suits a highly organized, proactive professional who can own the project lifecycle.

You will bring structure to complex programs, identify risks early, and ensure delivery on time. The position is fully remote in the US with global collaboration and growth opportunities in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or similar roles within technology or software environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Proficient with PM tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Manage technology projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, status updates, and action items across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and delays.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Maintain accountability across teams and stakeholders.
