AmerisourceBergen is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Investments Finance to bridge business goals and technical delivery in a remote US setting. You will transform finance processes and drive enterprise-scale changes while coordinating with global teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong financial acumen, Agile fluency, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable backlogs, with accountability for backlog and non-functional requirements across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or transformation leader in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of financial processes (FP&A, ERP, Reconciliation, Consolidations).
Experience designing and implementing financial process and technology solutions.
Ability to bridge end-to-end processes across large, global organisations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Translate product vision into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Own the technical backlog and non-functional requirements (performance, security).
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI planning activities.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders across domains.
Define KPIs and track governance and program outcomes.
