Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Public Relations Associate to bolster our North America presence. This role is a storyteller who generates media coverage and tracks content, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners.

You will craft messaging across data storage, hardware, software and services, report on results, and help raise the company's profile as a trusted technology solutions provider for AI-enabled data storage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience supporting public relations programs; in-house and/or PR agency preferred.
• Experience in global B2B technology, software or services companies is a plus.
• Strong writer and storyteller able to draft messaging for press releases and blogs.
• Knowledge of technology and data trends to respond quickly to breaking news.
• Calm, good judgment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive PR programs for technology, infrastructure and partner media in North America.
• Cultivate positive relationships with technology and channel media.
• Develop content for press releases, messaging documents, FAQs, blogs and bylines.
• Collaborate with product, revenue, exec comms, customer advocacy, partner marketing and analysts relations.
• Work with PR agencies to develop media strategies and execute programs.
