Job summary

Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own delivery, governance, and evolution of our MarTech portfolio. You will lead end-to-end programs across the MarTech stack, coordinating multiple functions, dependencies, and platform integrations to drive roadmap execution and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams, communicate program health to executives, and identify

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions.
Experience with Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystems (marketing automation, CRM, CMS, data insights).
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise SaaS technologies.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building with senior leadership.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio, aligning initiatives with Marketing and Tech priorities.
Lead multi-functional MarTech programs from planning to delivery, including roadmaps, dependencies and deployment.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics to coordinate priorities and drive execution.
Provide governance across the MarTech landscape including integrations, tech debt, and investment priorities.
Drive executive-level reporting on program health, risks, and achievements.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech stack and integrations.
