Job summary

Ishvara Tech Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead / Technical Manager to oversee multiple projects across diverse stacks including .NET Core, React.js, Node.js, Vue.js, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

You will guide architecture, drive DevOps practices, manage client interactions, and mentor several development teams to deliver high-quality software on time.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple development teams.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across .NET Core, React.js, Node.js, Vue.js projects.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor teams, promote best practices, and foster continuous improvement.
• Define architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Coordinate with QA, UI/UX, product managers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
