Lead delivery, mentor engineers, and drive architecture decisions. The role requires leadership, cloud, and finance-domain expertise; collaboration with CFOs and Controllers is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading tech teams with architecture ownership.
• Hands-on in C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web tech.
• Strong finance domain knowledge and SAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams while remaining hands-on.
• Own delivery estimates, planning, and capacity forecasting.
• Create roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and modernization strategies.
• Review code and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and modernize SAP-integrated finance applications.
