Job summary
Bixal is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of an enterprise-scale, accessible digital platform for a federal government client. You will drive architecture decisions across WordPress, Drupal, and Salesforce, and mentor a cross‑functional delivery team while engaging clients directly.
You will collaborate with project managers, product owners, designers, and engineers to modernize the platform and ensure releases meet strict accessibility,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus at least five years of professional software development or technical leadership.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale platforms and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of accessible development practices (WCAG 2.1).
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation decisions across WordPress, Drupal, Salesforce, and REST APIs.
- Guide the team to modern, scalable, enterprise-grade platforms.
- Set and enforce coding standards and ensure secure, well‑documented systems.
- Ensure accessibility and security requirements are met across the platform.
- Partner with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams to maintain reliability.
