Flik Hospitality is seeking a technology deployment leader to guide across the UA portfolio, bridging operations, technology partners, E15/data teams, vendors, and field leadership. This role focuses on delivering seamless deployment and adoption across sites.

You will coordinate deployments of POS, kiosks, mobile ordering, digital signage, and reporting tools while managing plans, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology deployments across the portfolio, including POS, kiosks, mobile ordering, digital signage, connectivity, reporting tools, and other operational systems.
• Manage implementation plans, timelines, site readiness, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with Operations, E15/data teams, technology partners, vendors, and the client to translate operational needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Drive operator adoption through training, change management, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Ensure data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI requirements are considered part of technology implementations.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and improved system reliability.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into deployment status, risks, adoption, and required decisions.

Location: Remote + Travel.

Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Eligible.
