Compass Group USA seeks a technology deployment leader to drive end-to-end implementation across our UA portfolio. This role bridges operations, technology partners, data teams, vendors, and field leadership to deliver integrated solutions.

You will oversee deployments of POS, kiosks, mobile ordering, digital signage, and related systems, coordinating timelines, site readiness, testing, and stakeholder communication across multiple sites.

• Manage implementation plans, timelines, site readiness, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with Operations, data teams, technology partners, vendors, and the client to translate operational needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Drive operator adoption through training, change management, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Ensure data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI requirements are considered part of technology implementations.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and improved system reliability.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into deployment status, risks, adoption, and required decisions.

Job Summary

The intent of this role is to provide dedicated leadership for technology deployment and implementation across the UA portfolio, serving as the bridge between operations, technology partners, E15/data teams, vendors, and field leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience with technology implementation or systems deployment in a multi‑site environment, strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively between technical and operational teams.
