Job summary

CFP Board seeks a Technical Applications Analyst for a 6‑month, 100% remote assignment. You will support NetForum AMS and related integrations, authentication services, and SaaS platforms, with emphasis on SQL development, scripting, APIs, and reporting.

The role requires collaboration with business users and cross‑system issue resolution. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years with MS SQL Server, API/integration experience (Workato preferred), and familiarity with NetForum or CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
• Experience supporting APIs or integration technologies (Workato preferred).
• Experience with AMS (NetForum) and/or CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for business applications, including ticket resolution.
• Analyze and resolve issues across multiple platforms and environments.
• Maintain integrations using Workato, APIs, web services, and modern techniques.
• Develop SQL queries, scripts, reports to support projects and operations.
• Support authentication solutions using Auth0 SSO.
• Collaborate with users and vendors to implement improvements.
• Assist in test planning, execution, and UAT activities.
• Validate changes to ensure they meet requirements and do not disrupt functions.
