Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting, trusting relationships with clients by identifying their needs and delivering compelling presentations on our services. You'll negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and regularly reporting on revenue and headcount growth.

Your role includes market research to identify upselling opportunities, exploring new business avenues through client referrals, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or equivalent IT/Tech roles.
• Proven ability to close deals and develop long-term client relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Use sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.
• Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Reach out by phone and hold quality conversations to generate qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to ensure quality and quantity of presentations.
• Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
