The Columbus Organization seeks a Team Leader to guide and manage operations for their assigned team, providing strategic direction and ensuring efficient coordination of service delivery. This remote role supports Kentucky-based operations with occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities include supervision, staff development, program oversight, budgeting input, and collaboration with providers to improve outcomes for individuals and families served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or four years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Minimum two years of experience in care coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and strong planning, analytical, and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff; conduct regular supervision and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee program delivery, ensure timely state contract deliverables, and monitor policy compliance.
