Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst Lead or equivalent role.
• Experience in customer service and end-user support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience developing training materials and guides.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize team work assignments.
• Coordinate with BW and QAT to verify SSO functionality and resolve issues.
• Document defects and escalate to QAT/BW when needed.
• Identify adoption barriers and report progress to leadership.
• Create training materials to support stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing EDRS usage and tailor outreach strategies.
• Perform outreach to facilities to understand reporting workflows and advise the team.
