Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a contractor to provide supplemental support to the PA Bureau of Health Statistics and Reporting (BHSR) for adoption of electronic reporting by licensed healthcare providers. This primarily remote role may require periodic on-site visits to Harrisburg, PA for training or meetings.

You will assist with EDRS onboarding, enrollment, password resets, and account issues, analyze facility reporting workflows, and coordinate with QAT and Business Workflow units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in the information technology industry in business analysis, customer service, and/or end-user support.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience delivering training or technical support to professional audiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis and management of facility setup in PAVRMS.
• Assist in reviewing EDRS usage and tailor outreach by adoption rate.
• Outreach to facilities to understand reporting workflow and recommend strategies.
• Help external stakeholders with SSO credentials and PAVRMS linking.
• Report defects and escalate deficiencies to the team lead.
• Direct stakeholders to available training and support resources.
