The role offers a salary of €69,000 to €74,000 (gross, full-time) with potential for more than 60% remote work and a range of training and health benefits.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, governance for tenders, and deploying global frameworks for account management and market planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Commercial Operations or After Sales with multi-region leadership
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 professionals across global markets
• Oversee governance and tender support for cross-border opportunities
• Drive strategy deployment with global frameworks for Key Account Management
• Maintain global After Sales KPIs and service-contract pipeline forecasts
• Interface between global leadership, regional directors and cross-functional teams
