Job summary

University of Tennessee, Knoxville's SWORPS unit seeks a TCSEPP Manager to lead the Tennessee Child Support Employment and Parenting Program, coaching Coordinators, building community partnerships, and ensuring trauma-informed, evidence-based practice. The Manager oversees multi-county districts in East, Middle or West Tennessee, guides program delivery, and reports to the Regional Manager.

• Experience with program planning, coordination, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage TCSEPP Coordinators across multi-county districts.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Provide leadership and coaching aligned with the Practice Model.
• Evaluate Coordinator performance and ensure timely, accurate work.
• Coordinate with partners and agencies to promote TCSEPP.
• Prepare evaluations and maintain performance records.
• Monitor referrals and adjust caseloads for quality delivery.
• Oversee program and fiscal documentation and processes.
