Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer/client (case management) experience; degree plus experience option
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Must have valid driver’s license and automobile with continuous coverage
• Experience with data management systems and ability to travel to multiple counties

Responsibilities

• Determine participant eligibility and assess barriers with referrals
• Develop individual action plans and provide one-on-one case management
• Maintain records in TCSES, Apricot, and Excel
• Monitor eligibility, payments, and employment status
• Develop partnerships with local agencies to assist participants
• Attend community interagency meetings and partner meetings
• Provide updates to Child Support staff and attorneys
• Maintain court presence to recruit participants
• Participate in job/resource fairs
• Handle fiscal tasks like receipts and travel reports
