Qualifications

• 2+ years of Tax Resolution Case Management experience preferred.
• Experience communicating with the IRS and/or State Tax Agencies.
• Understanding of IRS collections and compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with IRS Power of Attorney procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high volume of active tax resolution cases.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation, deadlines, and next steps.
• Contact the IRS and State Tax Agencies to obtain and verify account information.
• Review IRS transcripts and other transcripts as needed.
• Prepare and maintain IRS and State Power of Attorney documents.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely actions.
