Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Tax Operations Administrator for its Wealth Enhancement Tax & Consulting Services (WETCS). This remote role supports tax operations, client data management, and coordination with advisors to ensure timely processing of tax forms and returns.

Strong Excel and document-management skills are essential. The role emphasizes engagement with clients and advisory teams, data setup, and process improvement to drive accuracy and efficiency across the tax operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years tax operations administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Salesforce, and CCH Axcess Document.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and Financial Advisory Teams to clarify tax operations processes.
• Set up client data and documents in tax systems and software.
• Prepare organizers, tax returns, and related documents for Advisors.
• Manage engagement letters, organizers, and 1099s and e-file tasks.
• Resolve issues raised by Tax Advisors and track workflow statuses.
