Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group seeks a Tax Advisor to independently manage an assigned portfolio of WETCS clients and deliver high-quality tax preparation, planning, and advisory services in a remote capacity. You will partner with WE Financial Advisor teams to provide proactive, practical tax guidance within the client’s broader financial relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business or related field.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive tax compliance, planning, and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of WETCS clients and serve as primary tax contact.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to identify tax opportunities.
• Lead client meetings to discuss tax preparation, planning opportunities, questions, and recommendations.
• Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns with focus on high-net-worth individuals.
• Prepare returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, estates.
• Provide year-round tax planning and actionable guidance.
