Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master in Taxation highly preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required or pursuing.
• 5+ years in public accounting with a focus on tax returns for S corp, partnerships, and high net worth individuals.
• Experience serving clients across industries; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Big4 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients (S Corp, Partnerships).
• Review and prepare tax returns ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering excellent service.
• Stay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and team.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
