Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master in Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification is required.
• 5+ years in public accounting focusing on S Corp, Partnerships, and high net worth individuals.
• Experience serving clients across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Big4 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients (S Corp and Partnerships).
• Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and communicate changes to clients and team.
• Mentor junior team members.
