Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Remote Tax Manager to join our team. You will oversee tax compliance, consulting, and planning for S Corp and Partnerships, servicing high-net-worth owners across diverse industries in a fully remote or hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, a BS in Accounting with an MS in Taxation, 5+ years public accounting experience, and excellent communication. You will mentor juniors and stay current with tax law changes while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master in Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years in public accounting focusing on tax returns for S Corp, Partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Experience serving clients across industries; strong communication; able to work independently and in a team; Big4 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance, consulting, and planning for S Corp and Partnerships.
• Review and prepare tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Stay current with tax law changes and communicate them to clients and team.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
