The ideal candidate holds a CPA, with 5+ years in public accounting, excellent communication, and leadership abilities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required or actively pursuing
• 5+ years in public accounting with tax focus
• Experience with S Corp, Partnerships and high net worth individuals
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Big4 experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients (S Corp, Partnerships)
• Review and prepare tax returns and ensure compliance
• Develop and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Stay updated on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and team
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance
