Jobot seeks a highly motivated Remote Tax Manager to join our team. You will lead tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio including S Corp and Partnerships with high net worth owners, in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a strong public accounting background, CPA credential, and the ability to mentor junior staff while staying current on tax laws. This role offers flexible work arrangements, competitive compensation, and exposure to world‑class clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with Master in Taxation (highly preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax returns for S Corp, Partnerships and high net worth individuals.
• Experience supporting clients in a variety of industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with a Big4 accounting firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance, consulting, and planning for a portfolio of clients, including S Corp and Partnerships.
• Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients and team members.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
