Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Summer Intern for its Tax team. You will support internal tax processes and software, conduct data analytics, and prepare reports that influence tax decisions and cost management.

This 10-week remote internship is open to students pursuing undergraduate or advanced degrees in Tax, Accounting or Finance, with strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills. Eligibility requires full U.S. work authorization now and in the future.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree or advanced degree in Tax, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Power BI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support internal tax processes and software development.
• Perform SQL reporting from Snowflake.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a virtual environment.
