Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Work is 100% remote from home, with competitive benefits and a focus on empowering customers to file accurate returns using TurboTax Live. You will help customers complete their taxes, provide tax advice, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent service via video and phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Active, unrestricted credential: CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact via video/audio tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and handle product inquiries.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records using video communication software.
