Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you! Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with customers via video/audio tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and handle product inquiries.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records using video communication tools.
