Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Tax Data Specialist Lead to support the Tax Data Specialist team with queue management, escalation handling, and act as a primary expert for resolving team questions.

The role focuses on timely, accurate tax data processing for payroll, multi-state tax compliance, and delivering high-quality service to OSV customers while meeting monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher (or experience equivalent).
• 3-5 years of Payroll Tax experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge and background of multistate tax jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Queue management support, backing up other team members, addressing workload balancing, and case assignment or redistribution
• Escalation assistance and review/assistance of Sev 1 and 2 cases
• Review cases and flag for QA review
• Provide outstanding tax service support to OSV customers
• Meet strict deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports and data inquiries
