Job summary

Parallel Advisors, LLC is seeking a results-driven Tax Associate for a fully remote role. You will support Tax Managers, clients, and financial advisors, handling tax data organization, document collection, and client invoicing while reporting to the Tax Director.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a professional tax practice, familiarity with SurePrep and Lacerte, and strong organizational and communication skills. College degree preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with tax software, especially SurePrep and Lacerte.
• Minimum two years of professional tax practice experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities.
• CRM experience (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Maintain client data files and supervise work statuses to meet timelines.
• Work with tax software including SurePrep, Lacerte, and Canopy.
