Parallel Advisors, LLC is seeking a Tax Associate for a fully remote role. You will support tax engagements, coordinate data intake, and ensure accurate processing with SurePrep, Lacerte, and Canopy.

You will work closely with the Tax Director and Managers, handling client documents, invoicing, and cross-functional tasks. A college degree is preferred, with 2+ years of tax experience in a CPA firm or RIA setting.

Formación

• Experience in a professional tax practice or RIA firm.
• Familiarity with SurePrep and Lacerte software.
• Able to manage data intake and client document workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Support tax engagements from intake to e-file completion.
• Organize client data files, verify imported data and invoicing.
• Coordinate timelines and collaborate with tax directors and advisors.
• Handle document requests and cross-functional project tasks.
