Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business with relevance to taxation.
• Concentration in tax accounting or taxation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review pro forma and finalized tax returns under guidance.
• Support tax engagements for individuals, trusts, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
• Assist with amended tax returns and notices.
• Contribute to projections and planning by analyzing financial information for tax savings.
• Collaborate with clients and advisors to gather tax documents.
• Support QA procedures to ensure returns are accurate and compliant.
• Research tax issues and monitor federal/state tax law changes.
• Collect, organize, and process tax documents; support intake and workflows.
• Develop proficiency in tax software and internal systems.
• Pursue CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
