Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Intuit Academy Level 1 badge makes you eligible with 1+ year of experience and 30+ paid returns.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Comfort with video/ audio interactions and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation and tax calculations.
• Manage product/ software inquiries and document interactions for records.
• Use government sites and resources to deliver accurate answers in plain language.
