This role emphasizes proactive tax planning integrated into clients’ financial strategy, with opportunities to mentor staff and shape processes as the practice grows. Fully remote from the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Significant public accounting tax experience.
• Deep experience with high-net-worth individual taxation.
• Strong knowledge of individual, fiduciary and gift taxation.
• Experience with complex tax planning and projections.
• Demonstrated review experience.
• Confidence working directly with sophisticated clients.
• Experience mentoring and developing tax professionals.
• CPA or EA.

Aufgaben

• Lead tax planning, projections and year-round strategy.
• Review complex individual, fiduciary and gift tax returns.
• Work alongside wealth management professionals supporting the same clients.
• Mentor and develop other tax professionals.
• Help shape processes and standards as the internal tax function grows.
• Build deeper, longer-term client relationships beyond the traditional compliance cycle.
