TalentBridge is seeking an experienced Tax Advisor for a fully remote role in the Central Time Zone. You will own client relationships, provide proactive tax planning, and manage complex federal and state returns for high-net-worth individuals and families.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, EA, or JD with 7+ years in progressive tax, and can collaborate with financial advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth-management solutions. Remote flexibility is offered with strong client autonomy.

Formación

• Active CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or JD credential required.
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience, including complex returns.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and/or business owners.
• Strong background in individual income taxation and tax projections.
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating with clients.
• Familiarity with trusts, estates, partnerships, S corporations, equity compensation, or multi-state taxation.

Responsabilidades

• Own client relationships: independently manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families as their trusted tax advisor.
• Provide strategic tax planning: identify tax-saving opportunities and develop proactive strategies.
• Manage complex tax returns: prepare, review, and sign federal and state filings including trusts and estates.
• Partner with financial advisors: collaborate to integrate tax strategies into broader plans.
• Advise on complex tax matters: equity compensation, multi-state taxation, and retirement planning.
• Lead client conversations: explain strategies and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Leverage technology and team support: use software and junior staff to improve efficiency.
• Deliver year-round value: support estimates, notices, and changing financial circumstances.
