Job summary

Trilogy Federal seeks a Curriculum Design and Development Lead to guide ISD efforts for the VA TAP curriculum ecosystem. You will oversee content across hundreds of locations and multiple learning modalities, ensuring quality and alignment with VA standards.

The role supports benefits advisor training, develops instructor guides and assessments, and coordinates with Government project managers and SMEs. Remote work is anticipated with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in curriculum development, ISD, education, instructional technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex curriculum development initiatives.
• 10+ years of progressive ISD and curriculum development experience with increasing scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design, development, revision, maintenance, modernization, and version control across TAP curriculum portfolio.
• Modernize TAP curricula and incorporate VA policy, requirements, and stakeholder needs.
• Manage curriculum projects from needs assessment through design, development, pilot, validation, and sustainment.
• Apply ISD and adult learning methodologies to various training modalities.
• Oversee development of instructor guides, participant guides, lesson plans, scripts, exercises, and assessments.
