Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Project Manager - Data Analytics Lead to drive performance measurement, program evaluation, and data-driven modernization for VA TAP. You will integrate data from VA and interagency sources to identify needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations for TAP leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership in analytics, development of performance metrics, executive reporting, and coordination with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, performance measurement, or decision-support for large programs.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Federal Government or DoW initiatives.
• Experience delivering executive-level reports and briefings.
• Synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative information for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program data collection, management, modeling, analysis, visualization, and reporting for TAP operations.
• Develop a performance analysis framework to evaluate TAP performance, outcomes, service delivery, and improvements.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Integrate data from VBA, GIS, VA, DoL, DoW, and other interagency sources.
• Analyze surveys, interviews, and focus groups to inform program decisions.
• Develop program performance metrics and provide monthly and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and decision-support products.
• Perform gap analyses, SWOTs, data mapping, and performance assessments.
• Prioritize TAP modernization opportunities with greatest impact.
• Support strategic action plans and modernization implementation plans.
• Translate analyses into actionable findings for TAP leadership.
• Prepare executive-level reports and documentation for government leadership.
