Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of professional experience, with at least two in supervisory roles.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of TANF ESPS specialists and oversee policy updates.
• Interpret and implement federal and state TANF policies.
• Collaborate with OFI district leadership to coordinate services.
• Monitor compliance and quality assurance across areas.
• Provide program guidance to field and vendor staff.
