Responsibilities

• Analyzes and interprets program data and reports to determine if DFCS is meeting federal requirements.
• Coordinates single state audit process with state and federal TANF agencies; oversees corrective actions.
• Develops monthly/quarterly reports to monitor state DFCS performance.
• Participates in User Acceptance Testing for TANF system changes as required.
• Provides technical assistance and consultation to OFI staff, regional staff and county staff.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of TANF program procedures and policies.
• Ability to write protocols, deliverables, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to conduct meetings and make presentations to state and community partners.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to build relationships with community partners.
