Job summary

Percona is seeking a Technical Account Manager Team Manager to lead a global TAM team serving large enterprise customers. You will drive performance, develop capabilities, and ensure operational excellence across Customer Success, Sales, Support, Consulting, and Engineering.

You will coordinate resource delivery, manage escalations, and advocate for customers while building strong cross-functional partnerships to maximize value and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Services, or related role within enterprise tech.
• 2+ years leading customer-facing teams with coaching and development.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and high-priority escalations.
• Familiarity with distributed, remote teams and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Technical Account Managers.
• Oversee delivery of TAM services for strategic customers and ensure high service quality.
• Establish processes for customer engagement, planning, escalations, and internal coordination.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Support, Consulting, Engineering, and Product for alignment.
