Fabric Health is hiring a Talk Therapy Clinical Lead to supervise licensed therapists delivering virtual care across all 50 states. You will ensure clinical quality, safety, and consistency while staying close to frontline work with a small direct caseload.

You bring 5+ years of practice, supervise others, and excel in remote, tech-enabled environments. The role includes building scalable quality processes and navigating multi-state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, independent license in at least one US state.
• 5+ years of post-licensure clinical practice delivering psychotherapy.
• 2+ years supervising other clinicians.
• Experience with telehealth and remote care.
• Strong risk management, crisis protocols, and mandated reporting.

Responsabilités

• Supervise licensed therapists and partner with Clinical Operations, Product, and Member Experience.
• Support clinical quality, safety, and consistency of therapy across the remote team.
• Maintain a small direct therapy caseload to stay connected with day-to-day practice.
• Oversee chart review, documentation, and measurement-based care.
• Develop and maintain clinical protocols, safety workflows, and care pathways.
