Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Talent Strategy Project Coordinator to support the Talent Strategy team across projects, operations, data, and communications. Reporting to the Managing Director of Talent Strategy, the role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Talent Strategy special projects.
• Provide short-term project capacity during high volume periods.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and deliverables.
• Monitor assigned projects for delays or barriers and elevate issues.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director and Talent Strategy team.
• Organize and maintain Talent Strategy operating mechanisms (drive, calendars, templates, resources).
• Execute assigned administrative and coordination activities for recurring Talent Strategy processes and annual cycles.
• Coordinate logistics for Talent Strategy trainings, team events, and other activities.
• Provide defined data support across Workforce Strategy & Rewards, Performance Management, Talent Health Systems & Insights.
• Support defined data needs and maintained trackers as assigned.
• Maintain Talent Strategy communications calendar and coordinate assigned communications.
• Draft and edit assigned communications and other stakeholder-facing resources.
• Coordinate with project owners to gather information and approvals required to deliver communications on time.
• Maintain communication resources that support consistent and timely Talent Strategy org-wide communications.
• Respond to routine Talent Strategy inquiries using established guidance.
• Champion KIPP Texas’ mission and core values, modeling our values in your work.
• Model the Talent Division’s culture to foster high-performance, inclusion, and belonging.
• Build a network of engaged stakeholders across the organization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration through participation in meetings.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and participate in development experiences.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
