Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Talent Strategy Project Coordinator to support the Talent Strategy team across Workforce Strategy, rewards, performance management, and data insights. The role reports to the Managing Director and requires strong organization, communication, and cross-team collaboration.

The coordinator will manage special projects, team operations, data processes, and communications, while fostering a culture of growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, talent operations, program management, or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in K-12 education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute assigned special projects across Talent Strategy functions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director and team.
• Maintain Talent Strategy operating mechanisms and templates.
• Support data needs and trackers for Talent Strategy cycles.
• Maintain the Talent Strategy communications calendar and draft communications.
