Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Talent Strategy Project Coordinator to provide project and team support across the Talent Strategy team, including Workforce Strategy and rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Health Systems & Insights.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Talent Strategy, the Coordinator provides flexible capacity across the team to support special projects, Talent cycles and priorities that require additional coordination or do not have assigned ownership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, talent operations, program management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Talent Strategy special projects across functions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the MD and Talent Strategy team.
• Maintain Talent Strategy operating mechanisms and resources.
• Support data needs and trackers for Talent Strategy cycles.
• Draft and edit communications for Talent Strategy stakeholders.
• Assist with logistics for trainings and team events.
• Travel may be required for regional activities.
