Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform focused on identifying and prioritizing cloud risks. We are growing rapidly and seek a sourcing strategist who will transform how we find diverse, top-tier talent across GTM and technical roles.

You’ll work with recruiters and hiring managers, shaping Upwind’s presence in the talent market. You’ll build pipelines for a wide range of roles, use data and AI to improve targeting, and push innovative outreach while ensuring high-quality candidate

Qualifications

Experience building pipelines for multiple roles across GTM and other teams.
Ability to map talent markets and identify hard-to-find candidates.
Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and recruiters to define what great looks like.

Responsibilities

Own the sourcing strategy for diverse roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and more.
Use data, market mapping, and competitive insights to guide target groups.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand each role and success criteria.
Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new approaches to outreach and pipeline building.
Drive employer branding initiatives and create candidate experiences that stand out.
Track pipeline health and iterate rapidly when needed.
