Job summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to network passive talent for current and future opportunities. The role will develop sourcing strategies aligned with the organization's mission and culture, engaging candidates across multiple platforms and maintaining ATS records.

Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring teams to refine candidate profiles, deliver market insights, and attend job fairs to elevate UT Health San Antonio's recruitment brand.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of Texas.
• Relationship building, consultative skills, and strong communication are required.
• Ability to understand hiring manager needs and manage expectations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and decision-making skills.
• Two (2) years of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring team to align sourcing strategy with job requirements.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, forums, and social networks.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for current and future roles.
• Reach out to passive candidates with personalized, compelling communication reflecting UT Health San Antonio values.
• Deliver sourcing insights to improve candidate selection and recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics.
• Identify and attend job fairs to enhance UT Health San Antonio's recruitment brand.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
